The Company's Board of Directors, by virtue of the tasks and powers attributed to them, has qualified as "Managers with strategic responsibility", meaning those who have the power and responsibility, directly or indirectly, to plan, manage and control of the activities of the Company and to adopt decisions that may affect the evolution and future prospects of the same, Fabio Bocchio, Pierangelo Misani, Davide Sala, Francesco Sala, Francesco Tanzi, Giovanni Tronchetti Provera and the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
