Global Antitrust and Fair Competition Policy
On March 31, 2015 the Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. approved the Policy “Global Antitrust and Fair Competition”. the Policy defines the principles and the conduct that must be taken in order to ensure compliance with the principles established by the domestic and international rules put in place to protect free competition; The Policy is directed towards directors, employees, advisors and all person who operate for the benefit of companies of the Group.
