Giovanni Tronchetti Provera

Born in 1983.

Between 2007 and 2008 Mr. Tronchetti Provera attended the Business Management course at the London English School and, from May 2008 until April 2009 he worked in the Finance Department of Pirelli Ltd. (UK).

Within Pirelli Group he held roles as controller Business Unit Moto (2009-2010) and investments controls (2010) of Pirelli Tyre S.p.A., controller finance for the “Russia Project” of Pirelli Group (2011-2012), Chief Operating Officer of the business Pzero Moda (2012-2015), manager of the Project Management Office focused on the New Pirelli Industrial initiative (2015-2016), manager of the OE Prestige (2016), Chief Commercial Officer Business Unit Prestige and Motorsport (2017-2018).

In 2019 he was appointed Senior Vice President Prestige and Motorsport and, in April 2021, also Senior Vice President Sustainability and Future Mobility.

From August 2017 to July 2023, he was Pirelli & C. S.p.A. Director.

In August 2023 he was appointed Executive Vice President Prestige and Motorsport and Sustainability and Future Mobility. From October 2023 to July 2026, he served as Executive Vice President Sustainability, New Mobility and Motorsport.

In June 2026 he was appointed Vice Chairman of Pirelli & C. S.p.A., supporting also the Chief Executive Officer for the management and development of sustainability and Motorsport areas.

Mr. Giovanni Tronchetti Provera is Director of Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. S.p.A., CEO of Camfin S.p.A., CEO of Camfin Alternative Assets S.r.l., CEO of Longmarch Holding S.r.l. and Director of Fondazione Silvio Tronchetti Provera.

He is, inter alia, member of the Board of Assolombarda and of the European Institute of Oncology.
