International Advisory Board
The Board of Directors of 30 June 2026 instituted the International Advisory Board (IAB), an advisory body responsible for providing analyses, guidance and monitoring activities regarding geopolitical, economic, technological, market, supply chain, regulatory and social developments likely to influence the Group’s strategy, competitiveness, resilience and sustainable value creation in the medium to long term.
Through the contribution of high-profile figures from the worlds of institutions, business, finance, academia and international organisations, the International Advisory Board provides the Board of Directors with multidisciplinary perspectives on key global trends, emerging risks and strategic opportunities, thereby enhancing the Group’s ability to anticipate and adapt to changes in the international environment.
The International Advisory Board does not have management or control functions, nor does it have decision-making powers; rather, it will refer to the Board at least twice a year with a “Geopolitical & Strategic Outlook Report”.
