The activities of the Institutional and Regulatory Affairs Department contribute to the creation of corporate value through a stable framework of relationships with institutional stakeholders relevant to the Pirelli Group’s operations. All initiatives, undertaken to ensure appropriate representation of the company’s interests, are conducted in accordance with principles of legitimacy, integrity and transparency—both in the information communicated and in the management of relationships with institutional counterparts.
