Bylaws
The Bylaws of Pirelli & C. S.p.A., by complementing legal provisions, define the system of governance adopted by the Company, outlining - at the same time - the composition and functioning of the corporate bodies.
The Bylaws also contain:
- name, corporate purpose, registered office and duration of the Company;
- Share Capital structure;
- shareholders' right and their mode of operation;
- the criteria used for the allocation of profits.
