Whistleblowing policy

Pirelli encourages its employees, collaborators, shareholders, suppliers, customers and, more generally, all Stakeholders to report, in good faith, any behavior - acts or omission - carried out at Pirelli or in relations with it, that violates (or induces a violation of) applicable regulations, its values, its policies or procedures, or that may cause economic or reputational damage to Pirelli itself.

In the handling of reports, Pirelli is committed to respects the principles of confidentiality, proportionality, and impartiality, to recognize the good faith of whistleblowers and to guarantee their anonymity. Moreover, Pirelli does not tolerate any form of threat, retaliation or discrimination – actual or attempted – against those involved in the reports.
