Perceptions
For this year, Pirelli’s Annual Report comes with a cultural and artistic communication project, designed to convey the Company’s values and emerging social and cultural trends through an innovative and original lens.
The 2025 Annual Report, stems from a central reflection: how has our perception of certain phenomena changed, and why does this shift matter?
The editorial project sets out to explore how and why our perspective and sensitivity towards different broad dimensions have changed over time, and what this reveals about the way we live today and interpret the world around us. The narrative unfolds across five areas in which this transformation is particularly clear and meaningful: identity, relationships, science, future and conflict.
As part of the project, Pirelli has invited five authors to explore each of these dimensions: Francesco Piccolo (identity), Diego De Silva (relationships), Francesca Mannocchi (conflict), Marcus du Sautoy (science) and Derrick de Kerckhove (the future). Their texts will be available shortly on this site, accompanied by images by Daniele Castellano, artist and illustrator who collaborates with international publications.
