LISTENING & ENGAGEMENT
Through Listening & Engagement activities, we promote employee engagement and continuous improvement of the employee experience with targeted initiatives aimed, on the one hand, at the periodic listening to employee’s opinions and needs and, on the other hand, at strengthening the sense of belonging and involvement with recreational, sport and community service activities.
We support a positive company culture, with initiatives aimed at making our work environment increasingly inspiring, engaging, and inclusive for everyone.

Pirelli’s NEXTOYOU climate survey measures the Sustainable Engagement Index, or the active and sustainable engagement of people over time. This model is built on the idea that when a work environment enables individual performance, supports people's wellbeing, and employees have the energy and motivation to face challenges at work, engagement itself is more likely to last over time, leading to positive long-term business results. The index is thus made up of a set of questions that investigate these dimensions.

The climate survey is carried out every two years, for the global staff population in "even" years, for the global population in the plants in "odd" years with timing defined locally but with the same survey model for all sites.
