Certified Public Accountant, Lawyer, Supreme Court Advocate, Auditor.

Partner from 1979 to 2016 of Studio Chiomenti, which he joined in 1971.

Senior indipendent advisor of Studio Chiomenti from 2017 to 2022; chairman and member of arbitration panels.

He has served as director and auditor of listed and unlisted financial companies, industrial companies, and banks.

He is currently chairman of Fondazione Aurora; chairman of the Board of Auditors of Fondazione Centro Studi Enel; member of the Strategic Steering Council of E4Impact Foundation and Board member of Fondazione Andrea and Anya Recordati, Camfin S.p.A. and Fininvest S.p.A.
