JIAO JIAN

Born in 1968.

Mr. Jiao holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Nankai University in China and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Mary’s University in Canada. He is Senior Engineer, and has extensive experience in international business management.

Mr. Jiao is now the Director and President of Sinochem Holdings since March 2023.

Prior to that, Mr. Jiao served as Vice President of China Minmetals Corporation (CMC), as well as the Director and President of China Minmetals Corporation Limited, Chairman of China Minmetals Non- Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (CMN), and Chairman of MMG Limited.

He also served as Assistant President of China Minmetals Corporation, Vice President of China Minmetals Corporation Limited, Director and President of China Minmetals Non-Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., President of China Minmetals Non-Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., and CEO and Executive Director of MMG, etc.
