About

Born in Rome in 1962.

After graduating in Law at Rome University “La Sapienza”, he began his professional career in 1986 at the food-products multinational corporation Danone Group.

In 1987 he joined Stet – Società Finanziaria Telefonica S.p.a., covering different roles with increasing responsibility within the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of the company.

In 1997 he was appointed Head of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of the multinational company Stet International S.p.A..

In 1999, after the restructuring of Stet Group, he was appointed Head of International Business Development within the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of Telecom Italia Group.

In February 2004, as Group Senior Vice President of Telecom Italia S.p.A., he was appointed Head of International Legal Affairs Department, in charge of the legal assistance on the international businesses and activities of Telecom Italia Group and, afterwards, of all domestic and international merger and acquisition activities.

In January 2014, he joined the Pirelli Group as Chief Legal Officer.
