About

Born 1958.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 1983. In 1986 he obtained a master's degree in "Business and Administration" from Bocconi University in Milan.

His professional career began in 1983, at Pirelli DIMA S.p.A. where he assumed roles of increasing responsibility. From 1993 to 1997 he has been General Manager of the company Costruzioni Meccaniche Cogliati Officina (C.M.C.) S.r.l.

In 1997 he assumed the position of General Manager of CMP (Costruzioni Meccaniche Pirelli) and until 2000 he has held various positions in Pirelli Tyre as Project Manager of industrial and start-up projects.

In 2001 he joined the Purchasing function with responsibility for industrial and indirect procurement for Pirelli Group, and from 2003 to 2004 he has been in charge of the Industrial Project in Pirelli Italia aimed at the sale of production industrial equipment.

From 2004 to 2007 he has led the Romania Project for the construction of a new production plant.
Between 2008 and 2010 he has been Head of Pirelli Ecotechnology Romania and, in June 2010, he enlarged his responsibility undertaking the role of Head of Pirelli Hixih Ecotechnology China.

From 2012 to 2015 he has managed Pirelli Indonesia (in JV with Astra Group).

In 2016 he assumed the position of Deputy General Manager & Integration Management Office APac within Pirelli Industrial.

From January 2017 to 2019 he has been Deputy General Manager and member of the Board of Directors of Aeolus Tyre.

In 2019 he rejoined Pirelli with the responsibility of Head of Pirelli Mexico.

Since February 2023, he is Senior Vice President Region APac.
