At Pirelli, Performance Management is an all year long process involving all people at staff and it's aimed at supporting performance measurement and improvement.

In 2018 the Performance Management process and tool have been renewed to grant alignment with business flow and better support the dialogue on performance between manager and employees.

It is based on two main key elements: Priorities focus and Behaviours, both aligned with company strategy and targets. It is a continuous open dialogue throughout the year and it closes with a yearly evaluation (of results and behaviours) discussed into a feedback session in which also development opportunities are addressed.
