About

Graduated in 2001 with a degree in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

He began his career at Ferrari Headquarters where he held roles of increasing responsibility in the area of indirect purchases at the local and group level.

In 2007 he joined Whirlpool EMEA as a Senior Buyer of raw materials at the company’s Italian headquarters where he was responsible for the group’s European region, eventually becoming Commodity Manager for Europe.

Following an interlude as Executive Director in the steel products distribution sector, he was appointed Director of EMEA Indirect Purchasing at Whirlpool in 2014.

He consolidated his experience in the Whirlpool Group by assuming regional responsibility for direct purchases of transformed components, Capex and Offtake products, and then global raw materials as well as risk management of the supply chain.

In July 2021 he joined Pirelli as Senior Vice President Purchasing and, starting from October 2023, he is Senior Vice President Quality Value Chain.
